​How Do I Place An Order?

To place a product in your shopping cart, select your Tie and quantity, then click the ADD TO CART button on the right side of the product detail page. You may view items in your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout, by clicking the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You can add products to your shopping cart and edit or delete current items at any time.

Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from WallStreetNeckTie's active inventory until you complete an order. If an item is in your cart and inventory is low, the item may become unavailable between the time you add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. The items will be held temporarily when you reach the payment step in checkout.
If you have more than one item in your cart, the rest of the order will be processed and the out of stock item will not ship. Billing occurs at the time of shipment, so you will not be charged for items that don't ship.

Payment and Shipping

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Returns & Refunds

Read our policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!

All returns packages must be received back at our Fulfillment Center within 30 days* of the date your order shipped from us(that's the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email). *For international orders, packages must be received by our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving back at our Fulfillment Center.

All items to be returned for a full refund must be new and unused or a store credit will be issued. 
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (U.S.) customers.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
The following items are returnable for store credit only:
Returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)

Finally because this is an online store, the color on your monitor or screen may vary from our actual color. We cannot be responsible for returns due to different color expectations.
